Hi, may I help you! Another day, another sold-out race. Outside of not being able to find my favorite/preferred run belt, this one more or less went off without a hitch. It was still quite soupy but technically the temps began dropping during the race. No, Tony, it wasn’t a magician, well, not in the traditional sense. Gates does do magic with smoked meat. I’m still deciding how much I like this course. That slog up to the turnaround at the VA hospital is not for wimps. As was fitting, I took it low and slow. Don’t worry, though, I’ll be swift next week!
