Oh hey, it’s me. Did a new race (in its 36th year) with a few people (1,315). Crazy how I didn’t know a single person there. Made a few new buddies, I guess. Heads, uh, hats off to the trio who ran it in inflatable turkeys! I don’t think it was ever less than 4-5 people across on the trail. One little water table with 4-5 volunteers… My biggest laugh of the morning was the signs for the pace groups: 5:00 mile, 6:00, 7:00, 8:00, 9:00, and “Walkers line up here.” Either folks in Parkville are all power walkers or somebody has verrrry long legs.
