This one almost didn’t happen, but I’m so glad it did. I was fighting a sinus infection all week, but we couldn’t cancel the hotel (steps away from the starting area), so we gave it a try. Thankfully, I woke up and took a deep breath with no congestion!As usual, my costume and playlist were a huge hit. More folks than usual managed a selfie with me. Lots of movie quotes too, including a few that I couldn’t match right away. Another first – I wasn’t even the only luchador! A guy in the first corral was rocking just a speedo with his mask and cape.
