Come with me and you’ll be in a world of pure AMAZING! Sometimes a friend – or random stranger – goes matchy-matchy with a costume I wear. It’s fun. But this time I got months ahead of the game and asked Kyle (host of the Back of the Pack podcast) if he wanted to coordinate for a race sometime. He said, let’s do this! It was grand. We ran the 5K portion together, and he got to hear the new “Wonka” soundtrack before I went back for the rest of the 10K out-and-back. The massive Highway 69 construction project forced a different route than usual, but it wasn’t as hilly as I thought it would be. As soon as I get all the orange out of my wrinkles, I’ll be ready to start planning the next partner/group costume. Who’s in?
