From a total DIY pinnacle last week to blending in with the many this week. It could have been a simple enough getup if I had stayed with the hood included in the costume as sold. But no, I have to be unique somehow. The makeup started pretty well. I found that using a brush for the base works really well. But when I got to the black… Let’s just say, “A little black makeup goes a long way.” A loooooooonnnnngggg way. And if you get it anywhere you don’t want it, you’re a bit out of luck. So yeah, ignore the smudgy eyes. I got Scout kisses beyond count, if you can believe it. He was dressed as a Kissing Booth! The playlist was amazing and so much fun. I had more “keep on counting” songs left after I did my extra mileage, so I’ll have to do another one sometime. Can’t leave “50 Ways to Leave Your Lover” hanging out there.
