Kinda nerded out for this one. Rigged a bathrobe belt to hold up the tube (which left clumps of blue lint in my armpit hair… TMI). Waited later in the morning, trying to hit a couple of just-opened spray parks, but I couldn’t get anything spraying. And the extra fencing around the already forbidden fountain at Crown Center was just salt in the wound.
