Another chance to wear this modified costume (thanks, mom who sews) and continue the soundtrack into the spinoff. Not crazy about the course; the westside route along the trail is far more comfortable on the legs. No port-a-potties either, not that I could have gotten in or out of the zipper by myself. End result was a big slowdown the last few miles as I coped with really needing to… you know. This time, I came first in the costume contest and get a free race entry in 2023. Will be back on my preferred side of Longview Lake next week.
